Cinergi installed a full solar system, battery storage and EV charger for us. From the initial consultation with Shannon and James, to the final installation from Kieran, Dan and Josh, the team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and clear, consistent communication throughout the entire process. Shannon, Kate and James were always quick to respond to all my questions. Since the installation, the level of support and communication has been amazing. Kate is an outstanding Operations Director - she genuinely cares about customers long after installation is complete. The SigEnergy system is performing brilliantly. I have recommended Cinergi to several people already and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cinergi to more. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with such a strong commitment to customer service.

A major piece of work was well done with minimal disruption. Our installer, Charlie, was willing to allow us to say exactly what we wanted and was always willing to go the extra mile. He coped with the extraordinary high heat levels as well!

Adam and Dave were the 2 leads for our Ariston air source heat pump, in June 2026. They were both hard workers and very polite and capable. The whole process went very well and we are happy with the new set up. We had 10 radiators fited at the same time. Many thanks.

Jack, Dan and Louis did an excellent job installing our solar panels and battery . Polite and helpful, checking in with us each step of the way. Installed 13 panels in one day. Explained the App to us. Very pleased indeed.

We are most impressed with our heat pump system and the whole team at Cinergi. The system has performed faultlessly for 6 months so far since its installation in Dec25. Cinergi were excellent at each stage of the process. Dave, our installation engineer did a brilliant job as did the whole team.

We got several quotes for a ASHP but chose Cinergi as it was a independent, family run business with their own staff undertaking the works and not 3rd party contractors. We have had a lot of upgrade works undertaken on our property with different contractors but Cinergi was by far the smoothest. We would not hesitate to recommend Cinergi to others. Max led the installation with the help and hard work of Theo and Tommy. All the team were polite, kept the site tidy and completed the works without any issues. Max in particular was exceptional in his organisation, keeping us informed each day, answering our questions and ensuring all the works were done to a very high standard. He clearly takes pride in his work and he's a credit to the company.

It takes quite a lot to impress me these days but just had a new heat pump and water heater installed today. The whole Cinergi team worked quickly and professionally and in particular Max was outstanding. I would happily recommend Cinergi to anyone. Rob.

Really impressed with Cinergi from start to finish. The survey and design process was thorough, the installation team were brilliant and did a fantastic job, and the after-sales support has been great. The system has been running perfectly and the data is already showing the benefits. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service for the survey, design and installation of our solar panels and batteries by a great group of people. Cinergi HQ (including Jamie, Kate and Danielle) were incredibly helpful, organised, professional and flexible. Part 2 of review as the ASHP and heating system has been installed. Once again, Cinergi has surpassed my expectations....the new system is well designed (to match the insulation and design of the house), efficient and finished with a real eye on the detail. Ours was a complicated installation. We had PV panels; a solar water heater; a 10kWhr storage battery; a ( redundant) Solar Boost system and a 70 year old house. The job was never going to be straightforward and other well known companies were very reluctant to take it on. Cinergi did so and the close management of the work was first rate, with new supervisory procedures being introduced company wide to address the issues that arose as the work proceeded.
