We got several quotes for a ASHP but chose Cinergi as it was a independent, family run business with their own staff undertaking the works and not 3rd party contractors. We have had a lot of upgrade works undertaken on our property with different contractors but Cinergi was by far the smoothest. We would not hesitate to recommend Cinergi to others. Max led the installation with the help and hard work of Theo and Tommy. All the team were polite, kept the site tidy and completed the works without any issues. Max in particular was exceptional in his organisation, keeping us informed each day, answering our questions and ensuring all the works were done to a very high standard. He clearly takes pride in his work and he's a credit to the company.

It takes quite a lot to impress me these days but just had a new heat pump and water heater installed today. The whole Cinergi team worked quickly and professionally and in particular Max was outstanding. I would happily recommend Cinergi to anyone. Rob.

Ours was a complicated installation. We had PV panels; a solar water heater; a 10kWhr storage battery; a ( redundant) Solar Boost system and a 70 year old house. The job was never going to be straightforward and other well known companies were very reluctant to take it on. Cinergi did so and the close management of the work was first rate, with new supervisory procedures being introduced company wide to address the issues that arose as the work proceeded.

My old heat pump was replaced and moved to a different location. Adam and Josh were great, very polite, neat and tidy workers, they made sure everything was up and running and took care to cause the least disruption possible. Very pleased with them and the company and I felt the cost of the work was competitive.

Cinergi recently installed an ASHP for my self build and the service has been excellent. Charlie did a great job installing and the standard of install is excellent. Price was competitive if not better than most and the whole team from quoting to installing have been supportive and I've been informed at every step. I would definitely recommend their services.

Cinergi are with you for the journey! Cinergi installed a large solar, battery, gateway and EV charger system for us at the end of 2025. 36 x Aiko panels, SigenStor (2 x 10 BAT), Sigenergy Gateway and Sigenergy EVAC wall box. They are a professional outfit, but with a distinctly family feel providing warm engagement throughout. They were the fastest to respond after initial contact, and the first to release a quote. They worked with us to design the system that we wanted and was right for us - where it seemed some others tried to sell us the system they wanted to sell. They had endless patience while we explored different variations of system size, product types, installation locations etc, re-quoting each time without fuss. Come the installation, the guys were friendly, courteous, clean and hardworking - despite what the weather through at them. The results are outstanding. Cinergi’s post-installation support has been excellent, with on-site follow-up inspections, snagging items and answering our questions. Really happy with our solar panel system installed very promptly by Jack and Alex who were friendly and efficient. We received a lot of useful info and advice from everyone we dealt with at the company including Adam and James. Also we had great communication throughout from Shannon, Kate and Danielle in the office. Would definitely recommend using them if you are wanting to go down a different energy route.

Cinergi recently replaced my air source heat pump and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Right from the start, Megan and Katie were fantastic – they clearly explained the proposal and costs, making everything easy to understand. Elliott then came out to carry out the heat loss calculations, which gave me real confidence in the system being right for my home. The installation team were brilliant. Adam and Tommy did an excellent job with the plumbing, and Lewis completed all the electrics to a very high standard. Adam even went the extra mile by extending the original concrete base for the unit – nothing was too much trouble. My house is now warm and cosy, and even my dog loved them all – he got so excited every time they arrived! Thank you again to the whole Cinergi team – absolutely fabulous service. I’m very, very happy.

Cinergi replaced our oil boiler with a Vaillant heat pump during February, from my initial visit to their showroom through to commissioning of the system 3 weeks ago I have nothing but praise for the team at Cinergi. Everyone I interacted with at Cinergi has been of the highest calible, but what I valued most was their flexiblity and pragmatism to install a heatpump that worked for me and my needs. If I could give them 6 stars I would , thankyou Cinergi !

Cinergi have just completed installation of a solar / battery / EV charger system on my home. I’ve been discussing various options for a few months, and their technical / sales staff (George and James) spent a lot of time explaining how it could work, and talking through options. They were very clear, and helpful, and not at all pushy. When we decided to go ahead, they were efficient in getting the paperwork out, booking the project in and making all the arrangements. The scaffolders did a good job getting set up, and the installation team were excellent. They came on time, built the project that they were meant to do, and finished on time. They were really impressive in looking for (and finding) efficient routes to run the cables - in the loft space and finding a way to get into the space under the ground floor to run a cable under the house, so that overall the system installation had minimal visible impact on the house. They commissioned it, explained how it all worked, and set up the apps very clearly. They left a good clean job, and everything seems to be working really well. A shout-out for Alex fitting the panels, Jack the electrician, and the two apprentices Louis and Ben. Well done to all !

We have just had a new air source heat pump installed by our new friends at Cinergi. This pump replaces our old oil boiler so we gain a lot of space where the boiler sat as well as the oil tank in the garden. Dave and colleagues looked after the physical installation and we were very impressed with their attention to detail and consideration during the whole process. The administration team back in the office looked after all processing of the paperwork and government grant application very efficiently as well. If you live anywhere near Romsey and are thinking about a modern clean source of heating for your house I can''t recommend Cinergi too highly. They know what they're talking about with this technology and do the work with the least hassle and disruption to your life. We are delighted with the result. Update March 2026 Lewis from Cinergi has just installed an EV charger for us. We were so pleased with heat pump installation that Cinergi got the contract for this project as well. Very tidy work by Lewis and we are delighted with the result.

We recently used Cinergi to replace our gas boiler with a heat pump and solar panels. The installation was excellent and the team friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to the two young men who put the solar panels on our roof in torrential rain without complaint. And also a big thank you to John, and Carl, Jack, Alex and Louie. James, Elliott and Sophia gave us the confidence to use Cinergi.

Just had a heat pump installation and the team did a great job from start to finish. They were able to design a system that fitted into our relatively small mid terrace house (which a large energy company were unable to), and deliver it soon after the order was placed. They worked quickly and considerately, and accommodated our requests as best they could. Thanks to Adam, Dan and the whole team including the office team who were very helpful all the way through.
